Luxor by Xerjoff, launched in 2020 and crafted by perfumer Chris Maurice, is an Oriental Spicy fragrance that seamlessly blends warmth with depth. The composition opens with a bold interplay of cinnamon and cardamom, immediately drawing you into its rich blend. As the scent unfolds, it reveals layers of leather, tobacco, and incense, creating an atmosphere that feels both ancient and lasting. The heart of Luxor is anchored by woody notes like atlas cedar and oud from Thailand and Cambodia, adding a smoky, animalic quality that lingers on the skin.
One to two sprays are sufficient — the cinnamon and cardamom top notes can be quite potent. The smoky base develops over time, so it's best applied before an evening out when you want a fragrance that evolves with your mood.
