The story behind the bottle.
Purple Accento Crystal Edition by Xerjoff was launched in 2021 and crafted by perfumer Chris Maurice. This fragrance opens with a burst of pineapple and mandarin orange, creating an immediate sense of tropical freshness. The heart notes of hyacinth and jasmine add a floral sweetness that is both elegant and inviting. As the composition settles into its base, loganberry and pink pepper introduce a subtle spiciness, while orris root and musk provide a powdery, warm finish. This blend creates an intriguing contrast between fruity brightness and earthy depth.
Apply this fragrance in light layers — the pineapple and mandarin top notes are bright but fleeting. The powdery base notes will develop gradually over time, so it's best to let them build naturally on your skin throughout the day.
