The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2017 by Zadig & Voltaire and created by perfumers Nathalie Lorson and Aurélien Guichard, Capsule Collection This Is Him is an Oriental Woody fragrance that balances the freshness of grapefruit with the warmth of pepper and incense. The composition opens with a bright, zesty note from grapefruit, which cuts through the smoky and powdery base created by sandalwood and vanilla. This contrast makes it a dynamic scent that evolves throughout the day.
Apply two sprays to the pulse points — this allows the grapefruit top note to shine while the warm spicy base develops over time. It pairs well with layered clothing for a subtle but noticeable presence.
