The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2019 and crafted by perfumer Marine Ipert, Vibrant Wood by Zara is a fragrance that balances warmth with an aromatic depth. Opening with cardamom and bergamot, it introduces a bright yet spicy freshness before transitioning into the heart of artemisia, orris root, myrrh, incense, and tea. The base notes of suede, cedar, and white musk ground this composition in a rich, woody warmth that feels both intimate and enduring.
Apply two sprays to allow the aromatic top notes to unfold before they give way to the rich base. The suede and cedar notes develop over time, making it ideal for an afternoon meeting that turns into a casual dinner.
