The story behind the bottle.
WO/03 Café Et Cèdre by Zara, launched in 2023, is a Woody fragrance that intertwines the warmth of coffee and spices with the earthy richness of cedars. The composition opens with black pepper and bergamot, creating an aromatic tension that transitions seamlessly into the heart notes of coffee, orris root, and frankincense. These elements are grounded by a powdery base of amberwood, palo santo, cashmeran, and tonka bean, resulting in a scent that is both comforting and complex.
Apply this fragrance in light layers, as the powdery base notes build up nicely on skin over time. It pairs well with cooler weather but can also add warmth to a mild day. The aromatic top notes fade quickly, so don't be tempted to layer heavily; let it develop naturally.
