The story behind the bottle.
Aaron Terence Hughes launched Legend in 2021, crafting it as an aromatic fruity fragrance that marries the brightness of citrus with the depth of woody and earthy accords. The opening notes of grapefruit, bergamot, and lemon create a fresh, zesty impression, while the heart and base notes introduce a complex interplay of ambergris, tonka bean, elemi resin, and dry wood. This composition is grounded by oakmoss and patchouli, adding an earthy warmth that contrasts with the initial freshness.
Legend projects best when applied in small quantities; its opening citrus notes are bright but fleeting. Focus on areas like the wrists and neck to allow the woody base notes to develop gradually over time.
