Pavilion by Andrea Maack is a unisex Oriental Vanilla fragrance launched in 2022 and crafted by perfumer Julien Rasquinet. This composition opens with praline and honey, creating an initial sweetness that feels both comforting and intriguing. The heart of rose and saffron adds depth and complexity, while the base notes of oud, vanilla, patchouli, and amber anchor it in a warm, enveloping embrace. Pavilion is neither overly sweet nor too earthy; instead, it strikes a harmonious balance between rich sweetness and woody warmth.
Pavilion is best applied in light to moderate sprays — it blooms gradually over time. The praline and honey top notes are fleeting, so focus on the longevity of the base with an initial two sprays. It pairs well with cooler evenings but can also be worn during the day for a subtle yet comforting aroma.
