The story behind the bottle.

Scentsation editorial

Ella by Arquiste, launched in 2016 and crafted by perfumer Rodrigo Flores-Roux, is a chypre fragrance that encapsulates an evocative moment in time. The composition opens with smoky and woody notes that create a sense of warmth and depth, while the heart is anchored by white florals and honey, adding a touch of sweetness and sophistication. The base layers of musky and powdery accords, along with amber and animalic elements, provide an earthy and sensual finish. This fragrance is designed to transport you to a specific moment in history, blending historical elegance with modern sensibilities.

How to wear it

Ella's base notes take about an hour to fully bloom, so give it time to develop on your skin. The smoky and woody top notes are bright but short-lived, making two sprays sufficient for all-day wear.
