Launched in 2016 by Atelier Cologne, Emeraude Agar is a composition that balances the freshness of citrus with the warmth of woody and spicy accords. Perfumer Jérôme Epinette crafted this scent to evoke a sense of depth and richness, with bergamot and lemon providing a bright opening that transitions into rose and aromatic herbs. The base notes of patchouli and cedarwood add a powdery, warm dimension, creating a fragrance that feels both grounded and uplifting.
Apply Emeraude Agar in a light layer — the citrus top notes are bright but fade quickly, making way for the rich base. It works best during cooler hours when its warmth can be fully appreciated without being overpowering.
