Musc Impérial by Atelier Cologne, launched in 2015, is a Woody Floral Musk fragrance that embodies the brand's signature blend of citrus and herbal notes with a richer, longer-lasting effect. It opens with the bright zest of Calabrian bergamot and black currant, giving way to a heart of clary sage and lavender that adds an aromatic warmth. The base notes of ambrette (musk mallow) and Virginia cedar bring a soft muskiness and subtle leather undertones, creating a warm and enveloping finish.
Apply two sprays to your pulse points. The citrus opening is bright but fades quickly into the deeper woody and musky notes that last well throughout the day. This fragrance reads best close to skin rather than filling a room.
