The story behind the bottle.
Oud Hindi by Bortnikoff, launched in 2024 and crafted by Dmitry Bortnikoff, emerges as a composition that seamlessly blends the richness of oud with subtle sweetness and warmth. The fragrance opens with orange blossom and pink lotus, creating an aromatic contrast against the deep, smoky undertones of Indian oud and guaiac wood. This interplay is further enhanced by notes of sour cherry, vanilla, and almond, adding a layer of complexity that evolves throughout the day.
Given its long-lasting nature, start with one or two sprays on pulse points. The fragrance develops slowly but steadily, so it’s best to let it settle into your skin rather than layering too much initially. It pairs well with cooler evenings or indoor settings where the warm base notes can truly shine.
