The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2019 by Bortnikoff, Musk Cologne is a creation from perfumer Dmitry Bortnikoff that blends citrus brightness with the warmth of musky and woody notes. The fragrance opens with vibrant citrus essences like tangerine and bergamot, which give way to a heart of ylang-ylang, magnolia, and lily-of-the-valley. The base notes feature natural musk and guaiac wood, grounding the composition in a powdery warmth that is both intimate and enduring.
Apply this fragrance with two sprays — it blooms quickly on skin. The citrus top notes are vibrant but fleeting, so rely on the base for lasting warmth. It's best suited for daytime wear when its fresh and warm tones can complement your surroundings without overpowering them.
