Launched in 2005 by Antoine Lie and Natalie Gracia-Cetto for Burberry, Brit Gold is a warm and inviting Oriental Floral fragrance that embodies the brand's signature blend of elegance and sophistication. The composition opens with bright notes of black currant and neroli, which quickly give way to a heart of magnolia and orris, adding depth and complexity. As it settles into its base of amber, vanilla, sandalwood, and musk, Brit Gold becomes a comforting embrace, perfect for both day and night.
Brit Gold's base notes bloom slowly over time, so one or two sprays is enough. It reads better close to skin rather than filling a room, making it ideal for an evening out where the warmth lingers softly.
