Launched in 2023 by Houbigant, Ambre des Abysses is a unisex fragrance created by perfumers Luca Maffei and Antoine Lie. The composition opens with the freshness of bergamot and mint, which contrasts beautifully with the warm amber and vanilla notes that emerge in the base. Orange blossom and jasmine add a delicate floral touch, while patchouli and oakmoss lend an earthy depth. This fragrance is a harmonious blend of fresh spices and rich woods, capturing the essence of deep waters and their mysterious charm.
Apply Ambre des Abysses lightly to the pulse points. The fresh top notes are immediate but fade quickly, making way for the rich base notes that develop over time. It's best enjoyed in cooler weather when its warmth is most appreciated.
