Launched in 2008 by Bvlgari, Aqva Pour Homme Marine was crafted by Jacques Cavallier Belletrud to evoke the essence of marine freshness and aromatic vibrancy. The fragrance opens with a burst of citrus notes — grapefruit and mandarin orange — followed by water and seaweed accords that transport you to the open sea. The heart of neroli, petitgrain, and rosemary adds an herbal, green freshness that is both invigorating and serene. As it settles, the woody base of Virginia cedar and amber provides a grounding warmth.
Apply one or two sprays to your pulse points — it's designed to be close-to-skin rather than expansive. The citrus top notes are bright but fleeting, so let it settle for a few minutes before heading out. Best suited for early mornings or cooler days when the freshness can truly shine.
