Launched in 2021 by By Kilian and crafted by perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur, Apple Brandy on the Rocks is a composition that captures the essence of an autumn evening. The fragrance opens with the bright zestiness of bergamot and apple, before cardamom adds a warm spiciness to the mix. As it settles into its heart, notes of rum and brandy mingle with vanilla and pineapple for a rich, sweet warmth. The base, anchored by moss, cedar, and ambroxan, provides an earthy and woody depth that rounds out this complex scent.
Apply two sprays to pulse points for the best effect. The top notes fade within an hour, so layering it after the initial application can help maintain the spiced fruitiness throughout the day. This fragrance is particularly suited for cooler evenings when its rich warmth feels most inviting.
