Reine de Nuit 2019, crafted by Jérôme Epinette and launched in 2019, is a Chypre Floral fragrance that captures the essence of Byredo's commitment to translating memories into scents. The composition opens with black currant and saffron, creating an immediate warmth and complexity before diving into a heart of rose and incense. This is further enriched by patchouli and ambrette, resulting in a scent that is both spicy and balsamic, deeply rooted yet unexpectedly fresh.
Given its long-lasting nature and strong projection, one or two sprays is sufficient. The fragrance develops fully within an hour, so allow it to settle before heading out. It pairs well with evening attire but can also be worn during the day for a subtle yet enduring presence.
