Launched in 2013 by Calvin Klein, Encounter Fresh is a Woody Aromatic fragrance that balances the crisp freshness of bergamot and mojito with warm spicy and woody notes. The composition opens with a vibrant burst of citrus and green accords, featuring mojito and cardamom, which create an invigorating contrast to the deeper tones of sandalwood and patchouli in the base. This interplay between fresh aromatics and rich woods makes Encounter Fresh a versatile scent that feels as comfortable during the day as it does into the evening.
Apply one or two sprays to the pulse points — Encounter Fresh's fresh top notes are bright but dissipate quickly. The sandalwood and patchouli base emerges after about an hour, so it’s best used for daytime wear when you want a scent that evolves over time.
