Launched in 2014 by Calvin Klein and crafted by perfumer Pascal Gaurin, Euphoria Gold Men is an Oriental Fougere that blends spicy and sweet notes with a warm, powdery base. The fragrance opens with the brightness of ginger and lemon, quickly giving way to honey and cinnamon, creating a tension between freshness and warmth. This contrast continues through the heart with basil adding a subtle herbal note before settling into a rich vanilla and amber base that reads as comforting and enveloping.
Given its long-lasting nature, one or two sprays are sufficient. The spicy top notes fade within a couple of hours but the base notes carry through for much longer. Best suited for daytime wear where it reads as warm and inviting rather than overwhelming.
