Stallion Leather by Carolina Herrera, launched in 2023 and crafted by perfumer Jordi Fernández, is a bold statement in the world of fragrances. This composition opens with a fresh spicy note from ginger, seamlessly blending into a heart of jasmine and osmanthus, which adds an unexpected floral depth. The base, rich with labdanum, olibanum, and patchouli, brings a smoky, leathery warmth that grounds the entire fragrance. It's a scent that marries the rawness of leather with the elegance expected from Carolina Herrera.
One or two sprays are sufficient to capture the essence of Stallion Leather. The ginger note is bright but fades within an hour, making it important to layer if you want that initial freshness throughout the day. The smoky base notes develop slowly and last for hours, so this fragrance reads best close to skin rather than in a wide sillage.
