Launched in 1997, Eaux de Caron Fraiche by Caron is a vibrant and invigorating fragrance for women that captures the essence of fresh citrus and aromatic herbs. The composition opens with bright notes of Amalfi lemon, bergamot, and grapefruit, which are complemented by thyme, basil, and nutmeg, creating an exhilarating freshness. This energetic start transitions into a heart of jasmine and tincture of rose, adding a subtle floral dimension before settling into woody and mossy base notes of oak, oakmoss, and musk.
One or two sprays to the pulse points provide ample longevity. The top notes are bright and dissipate within an hour, but the woody base persists throughout the day. This fragrance is best suited for daytime wear when its invigorating freshness can shine.
