The story behind the bottle.
La Fête des Roses, launched by Caron in 1936 and crafted by Ernest Daltroff, is a floral masterpiece that captures the essence of rose in all its forms. The composition opens with geranium before diving into a lush heart of Bulgarian Rose, May Rose, Damask Rose, Indonesian Carnation, lilac, violet, and iris. This intricate blend culminates in a warm, powdery base of musk, orris, vetiver, and vanilla. Daltroff's genius lies in his ability to create a scent that feels both lasting and utterly modern.
This fragrance is best applied in layers. Start with a light spritz to let the fresh top notes settle before adding another layer for a fuller, richer experience. The base notes bloom gradually and are best appreciated close to skin.
