Launched in 2005 by Chanel and crafted by Jacques Polge, Chance Eau de Parfum is a chypre floral fragrance that marries the crispness of pink pepper with the warm embrace of vanilla. The composition opens with a burst of pink pepper before transitioning to the soft florals of jasmine and iris, creating an interplay between freshness and sweetness. At its core, patchouli, musk, and vanilla anchor the scent, providing a rich, earthy warmth that lingers on the skin for hours.
Given its long-lasting nature and moderate sillage, two sprays are sufficient to let the fragrance develop naturally throughout the day. It pairs well with layered clothing, allowing it to be experienced both close to skin and in the air around you.
