Launched in 2017 by Clive Christian, E for Men Gourmand Oriental With Sweet Clove is a fragrance that channels the brand's tradition of luxury and refinement. Perfumer Angela Stavrevska weaves together warm spices, caramel, rum, and vanilla to create an indulgent yet sophisticated scent. The opening rum and peach notes give way to a heart of syrup and cinnamon, culminating in a base of labdanum, clove, maple, and bourbon vanilla that reads as a cozy blend of gourmand warmth and woody depth.
This fragrance is best applied in two sprays to the pulse points. The rum and peach notes are bright but fleeting, so the rich base of clove and bourbon vanilla needs time to bloom fully on the skin. It's perfect for evening wear when you want a scent that evolves throughout the night.
