Launched in 2017 by Clive Christian and crafted by perfumer Christian Provenzano, C for Men Woody Leather With Oudh Intense is a fragrance that marries the deep richness of leather with the warmth of oud. The composition opens with mandarin orange and saffron, creating an initial brightness that contrasts sharply with the smoky leathery base. This juxtaposition gives the scent a dynamic quality, making it feel both modern and lasting. The woody notes and oriental accords add depth and complexity, ensuring that this fragrance is as engaging in its drydown as it is upon first application.
This fragrance has a strong presence, so one to two sprays are sufficient. The mandarin orange top notes dissipate quickly, making way for the more persistent leathery base. It's best applied in cooler weather when its warmth can be fully appreciated.
