Comme des Garçons Series Luxe: Patchouli, launched in 2007, is a Woody Spicy fragrance that embodies the avant-garde spirit of its Parisian brand. The composition opens with the fresh and spicy notes of white pepper and fenugreek, which create an immediate sense of tension and intrigue. As it evolves, patchouli takes center stage, supported by opoponax and oak, grounding the scent in rich earthy tones. The base layers of sandalwood, vanilla, cedar, and vetiver add warmth and depth, creating a complex olfactory experience that is both bold and sophisticated.
Apply this fragrance in light layers to allow each note to unfold gradually. The patchouli is potent and long-lasting, so one or two sprays are sufficient. It pairs well with cooler weather but can also be worn year-round for a grounding effect.
