Launched in 2018 by Dior, Bois D'Argent was crafted by François Demachy to capture the essence of modern elegance and refinement. The composition opens with a bright iris note that transitions into powdery florals, particularly violet, creating an intricate balance between freshness and warmth. The base notes of amber and musk add depth and a subtle earthiness, grounding the fragrance in a sophisticated yet approachable manner.
Bois D'Argent develops best when applied to pulse points. The powdery florals are most noticeable in the first few minutes, so allow it to settle before heading out. It pairs particularly well with a light layering of the brand’s other scents for added complexity.
