Launched in 2025 by Francis Kurkdjian for Dior, Bois d’Argent Esprit de Parfum is a highly concentrated Oriental Woody fragrance that reimagines the iconic Bois d’Argent. This rendition highlights the radiant and velvety quality of Tuscan iris, contrasted with ambroxan and ambergris accents. The composition is further enriched by frankincense and honey, creating a mysterious and intense trail. Kurkdjian aimed to flesh out the addictive 'skin-to-skin' facet of Bois d’Argent, balancing the radiant elegance of iris with new layers of voluptuousness and sensuality.
Due to its high concentration, a single spritz is sufficient. The fragrance develops fully within an hour, so let it settle before heading out for the evening. Best worn close to skin rather than sprayed liberally in the air.
