Francis Kurkdjian crafted Bois Talisman for Dior, launching it in 2025 as a woody Oriental fragrance that blends the warmth of vanilla and sugar with the smoky depth of cedarwood. This composition is an olfactory exploration of contrasts — sweet and smoky, comforting and mysterious. The top notes of vanilla are immediately inviting, while the heart of sugar adds a touch of indulgence before settling into the grounding base of smoke and cedarwood.
Apply Bois Talisman in light layers — the top note of vanilla is immediate but fades within an hour. The smoky base takes over after that, so one or two sprays will ensure a steady warmth throughout the day.
