Francis Kurkdjian's Cuir Saddle, launched by Dior in 2025, is a contemporary interpretation of leather that aims for a softer, suede-like texture rather than the dense, tarry leather of yore. The composition centers around a supple leather accord, complemented by smoky nuances and modern amberwood, creating a refined and gently warm finish. This unisex fragrance in Dior's La Collection Privée line draws inspiration from the tactile quality of the iconic Dior Saddle bag, translating that sense of luxury into an olfactory experience.
