Volutes Eau de Toilette by Diptyque was launched in 2012 and crafted by perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin. This aromatic fragrance for women and men opens with a rich blend of honey, tobacco, and dried fruits, creating an initial warmth that feels both comforting and intriguing. The heart of the composition is anchored by iris flower and immortelle, adding layers of floral sweetness and spiciness. As it settles into its base notes, volutes of benzoin, opoponax, and myrrh give a warm, balsamic character that lingers on the skin.
Apply Volutes Eau de Toilette to pulse points for a longer-lasting warmth. The honey and tobacco notes are most prominent initially but give way to deeper balsamic accords after an hour, so a more generous first application enhances its longevity.
