The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2020 by Dolce&Gabbana and crafted by perfumer Jérôme Epinette, Lemon is a fresh and vibrant composition that captures the essence of Italian elegance. The fragrance opens with Sicilian lemon and Calabrian bergamot, creating an immediate burst of citrus brightness and aromatic freshness. As it evolves, petitgrain adds a green, slightly herbal layer, while ginger introduces a subtle spiciness that cuts through the sweetness. The base note of Haitian vetiver rounds out the composition with earthy warmth and depth.
One spray is sufficient — the citrus opening is bright but fades quickly. The ginger note adds warmth and depth as it settles into your skin. This fragrance reads best close to the body rather than in a wide sillage, so aim for pulse points where it can linger.
