Velvet Zafferano by Dolce&Gabbana is a bold and intriguing Oriental Spicy fragrance for women and men. Launched in 2024 and crafted by perfumer Aurélien Guichard, this scent pays homage to saffron, the king of spices. The vibrant saffron opening gives way to a warm heart of tobacco leaves, creating an intense contrast that is both spicy and richly aromatic. The base notes of amber, vanilla, patchouli, and labdanum add depth and warmth, resulting in a composition that feels both luxurious and intimate.
Velvet Zafferano blooms best when applied to pulse points. The saffron top note fades quickly, so layer it with a spritz on your wrists and neck for maximum impact. Let it settle for about an hour before heading out; the base notes develop gradually but last throughout the day.
