Launched in 2024 by Donna Karan, Cashmere & Wild Fig is a fragrance that marries the warmth of fig and cedar with the freshness of bergamot and black pepper. The composition opens with a burst of citrus and freesia before giving way to a heart of rose and wild fig. This is where the true character emerges — a contrast between the earthy, woody notes and the sweetness of fig. The base rounds out with musk and bamboo, creating an enveloping warmth that feels both comforting and contemporary.
For best effect, apply this fragrance in layers — start with one spray at the wrists and décolletage, then add another after five minutes as it settles. The citrus top notes are bright but brief, so layering helps balance the composition throughout the day.
