The story behind the bottle.
Cannabis Patchouli by Dries Van Noten is a Woody fragrance that marries the earthy depth of patchouli with warm, spicy undertones and a musky base. Perfumer Nicolas Bonneville created this composition in 2022, blending bergamot and cedar needles to create an aromatic opening that gives way to rich vetiver and incense. This complex fragrance is neither overtly sweet nor overpowering; it instead offers a nuanced balance of earthy warmth and subtle spiciness.
This fragrance blooms best close to skin rather than projecting into a space. Apply two sprays initially and let it settle for about an hour before reapplying if needed. It's particularly suited for evenings or cooler weather when its warm, musky tones can truly shine.
