The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2023 by DS&Durga, Young Dunes is a collaboration with Todd Snyder that captures the essence of coastal freshness and understated elegance. The fragrance opens with vibrant citruses and lemon verbena, creating an immediate sense of clarity and brightness. The heart features beachheather and sage, adding herbal depth and a touch of natural ruggedness. The base notes of suede, iris, ammophila (beach grass), and musk bring warmth and a subtle leather undertone, grounding the composition in earthy sophistication.
Apply one to two sprays — the citrus opening is bright but fades within an hour. The warm musk base takes over and lasts through the day, so it's best for daytime wear when you want a scent that evolves gracefully.
