Jazmin Yucatan by DS&Durga was launched in 2020 and is a composition that captures the essence of a lush, vibrant landscape. Created by perfumer David Seth Moltz, this fragrance opens with water notes and passion flower, bringing an aquatic freshness that feels like walking through a misty jungle canopy. The heart features jasmine sambac and bergamot, creating a harmonious blend of floral brightness and aromatic zest. Cloves and snake plant add warmth and complexity, while copal and vetiver anchor the base with earthy depth.
This fragrance is best applied lightly to avoid overpowering its delicate balance. The water notes and freshness are prominent at first but give way to warmer spices and woody bases over time. It’s best suited for daytime wear when you want something fresh yet layered.
