The story behind the bottle.
Muschio Mineralis, launched in 2025 by Gucci and crafted by perfumers Julie Massé and Mathilde Bijaoui, is a composition that balances fresh spiciness with the warmth of musk and vanilla. The fragrance opens with cumin and elemi, creating an aromatic tension that transitions into a heart of pink pepper and frankincense. This leads to a base of patchouli, musk, Orcanox™, and vanilla absolute, where the powdery and balsamic notes create a mineral warmth that is both grounding and comforting.
Apply one to two sprays on pulse points. The aromatic top notes are bright but fade within an hour, so it’s best to let the powdery and musky base develop over time. This fragrance reads better close to skin than from a distance.
