The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2002 by Hugo Boss, Boss in Motion is a fragrance designed to capture the essence of modern elegance and movement. Created by perfumer Domitille Michalon Bertier, this Oriental Fougere scent opens with vibrant citrus notes from orange and bergamot, which are immediately grounded by fresh spices like basil and pink pepper. The heart introduces warmth through cinnamon and nutmeg, while the base offers a rich blend of musky and woody accords, including sandalwood and vetiver. This composition is neither too light nor too heavy, making it suitable for various occasions.
Boss in Motion has a bright top note presence that fades within an hour, so apply it liberally to ensure the musky and woody base notes have time to develop. It's best worn close to the skin for a more intimate experience rather than projecting across a room.
