Launched in 2024 by Jinx Smells, American Ghalia is a bold statement from a niche perfume house based in upstate New York. Perfumer Arthur Clay Emrick has crafted this unisex fragrance to be both musky and floral, with an animalic twist that sets it apart. The composition opens with a powdery sweetness, leading into a heart of rich florals and woody notes before settling on a base of amber, leather, and musk. This blend creates a complex scent that is at once warm and earthy, making it a powerful statement piece.
