The story behind the bottle.
Belle Du Soir by Le Labo was launched in 2010 as part of a collaboration with Anthropologie. This fragrance is inspired by the rich and handcrafted era of perfumery, where natural ingredients were used to create small batches of exquisite scents. Belle Du Soir combines fresh neroli with white florals like water lily and gardenia, set against a backdrop of cedar, sandalwood, and patchouli. This composition is both musky and woody, creating an enveloping warmth that feels at once familiar and luxurious.
Belle Du Soir has a rich and enveloping base that takes time to bloom. Apply it lightly at first, allowing it to develop on your skin over an hour or so before adding another layer if needed. This fragrance is best for cooler evenings when its warmth can be fully appreciated.
