Upcycled Mandarin by Les Liquides Imaginaires is a composition that balances the brightness of citrus with warm spicy and aromatic notes. Launched in 2025, this fragrance was created by perfumers Carol Belli and Kosuke Minakata. The Italian mandarin and green mandarin open with a vibrant freshness, while pink pepper adds a subtle spiciness. As it develops, lavender and orange blossom bring a floral touch, complemented by the warmth of amber and cedarwood. This fragrance is designed to evoke a sense of both freshness and comfort, making it ideal for those who appreciate complex layers in their scents.
Apply Upcycled Mandarin to pulse points for a longer-lasting effect. The fresh top notes are bright but fade within an hour, so a second application can help maintain its complexity throughout the day.

Carol Belli, a Brazilian perfumer whose work draws on indigenous ingredients and traditional aromas, graduated from the Givaudan Perfumery School in 2023 and now works as a perfumer at Givaudan.
