Atardecer en los Jardines del Buen Retiro by Loewe was launched in 2012, crafted by perfumer Emilio Valeros. This unisex fragrance opens with a vibrant blend of bergamot and cumin, followed by the rich warmth of rose and oud. The base notes of sandalwood, patchouli, amber, and tonka bean create an enveloping, animalic warmth that feels both sophisticated and intimate.
This fragrance blooms best when applied to pulse points, allowing the rich base notes to unfold gradually. It reads better close to skin than from a distance, so don’t be afraid to layer it for deeper warmth.
