The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2016, Loewe 001 Man by perfumers Emilio Valeros and Quentin Bisch is a Woody Floral Musk fragrance that balances crisp citrus notes with warm spices and powdery woods. The composition opens with calabrian bergamot and cardamom, creating an aromatic tension before settling into the heart of ambrette and violet. This floral warmth contrasts beautifully with the base of sandalwood, cedar, and white musk, which adds a subtle earthiness and depth.
One or two sprays are sufficient, as the fragrance blooms slowly and maintains its depth throughout the day. The citrus opening lasts about an hour, so it’s best for daytime wear when you want a subtle yet engaging scent that evolves with your environment.
