The story behind the bottle.
Jean Claude Delville's Tokyo, launched by Memoirs Of A Perfume Collector in 2025, is a composition that balances the crisp aromatic freshness of its opening with the warm, enveloping comfort of its base. Calabrian bergamot and ambrette provide an initial burst of brightness and spiciness, which then gives way to the soft florality of Bulgarian rose and orris. The heart notes of geranium and mimosa add a layer of complexity, while the woody and powdery undertones of hinoki wood, sandalwood, and tonka bean create a grounding warmth that lingers throughout the day.
Apply Tokyo with two sprays to let the aromatic top notes unfold before settling into its warm, powdery base. This fragrance is best worn in cooler weather when the woody warmth complements the crispness of the air.
