Launched in 2006, Aoud Ambre by Montale is an Oriental fragrance created by Pierre Montale that combines the richness of oud with the warmth of amber and floral notes. The composition opens with a burst of rose and floral accords before settling into a deep, musky base that reads as opulent and enveloping. It's neither overly sweet nor too heavy, striking a balance that makes it suitable for both day and night.
One or two sprays is sufficient — the fragrance builds on skin over time. The musky base notes take some time to bloom fully, so it's best applied ahead of any important moments when you want the full depth of its character.
