Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Moreta by Moresque was launched in 2015 and was crafted by the perfumer Andrea (Thero) Casotti. The fragrance opens with a vibrant citrus top note that is bright and invigorating, thanks to bergamot, orange, and lemon. As it evolves, Moreta reveals its floral heart with ylang-ylang, jasmine, freesia, and rose petals, creating a delicate balance of sweetness and freshness. The base notes of patchouli and white musk lend an earthy warmth that grounds the composition, while Virginia cedar adds a woody depth that ties it all together.
Moreta's citrus notes are bright but fade quickly, so apply two sprays to ensure the floral heart and woody base come through. It’s best for daytime wear when you want a fresh yet warm scent that evolves throughout the day.
