Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2015 by Moresque and crafted by perfumer Andrea (Thero) Casotti, Rand is a unisex fragrance that weaves together sweet, woody, and musky accords with a surprising twist of tropical fruit. The composition opens with pineapple and pink pepper, creating an initial burst of brightness and freshness that transitions seamlessly into the floral heart of hyacinth and ylang-ylang. This contrast is balanced by warm spices like iris and benzoin before settling into a base of musk, sandalwood, and patchouli, which provides a grounding warmth.
Apply Rand in light layers. The pineapple note is vibrant but fleeting, so it's best to let the musky and woody base notes emerge gradually over time. This fragrance pairs well with warmer weather and indoor settings where its powdery warmth can shine.
