Launched in 2017 as an exclusive offering from Fortnum & Mason, Jardin D'Ange by Ormonde Jayne is a fragrance that balances powdery and woody accords with sweet and balsamic notes. The composition opens with the fresh brightness of bergamot and ylang-ylang before diving into a heart of iris and rose, underscored by the delicate scent of violet. The base layers of amber, bourbon vanilla, coumarin, and musk create a warm and enveloping finish that feels both comforting and sophisticated.
One or two sprays are sufficient to capture the essence of this fragrance. The powdery and woody accords build gradually on the skin, so it's best applied close to where you want to experience its full warmth.
