Roja Dove's Bergdorf Pour Femme is a sophisticated Oriental Floral that balances the freshness of top notes like bergamot with rich, enveloping heart and base notes. The composition opens with a bright burst of citrus from bergamot before diving into an intricate blend of white florals such as gardenia, tuberose, jasmine, orange blossom, violet, rose, and lily-of-the-valley. These floral accords are further enhanced by powdery heliotrope, adding warmth and depth. The base notes feature a mix of woody and animalic elements like oakmoss, sandalwood, cedar, patchouli, and castoreum, which create an earthy and sensual finish.
Apply this fragrance in light layers, as it blooms slowly on the skin. The powdery and floral heart notes will dominate for several hours before giving way to the rich base. Best suited for evening wear or special occasions where a nuanced and layered scent is appreciated.
